Initially operating as a general contractor, the company was nationalized in 1961, reborn in 1972 as Hassan Allam Sons for Construction (HAC), and in 1999 launched Hassan Allam Properties.

With more than eight decades of expertise, the legacy has been carried forward by three generations. Since the early 2000s, it has evolved into a boutique developer recognized for crafting intimate, high-quality communities.
